Herbal tea for skin and hair

Herbal teas could be correctly called extracts, infusions, infusions or drinks. Our ancestors used as a hot drink infusions of various herbs, fruits, berries, flowers, bark and roots, which grew abundantly in the fields and forests of Russia. The most common were raspberry and blackcurrant infusions, and teas from fireweed leaves. They helped replenish energy after exhausting physical work. Herbal teas were prepared according to unique recipes and drank every day. Due to the spread of long tea, the formulation of most herbal teas has been lost.
