The ingredients for the future of tea are grown in special ecologically clean regions and on fertile lands. Individual components are collected from various countries of the world to make the drink as useful as possible and special in taste and composition.
The collection of herbs and fruits is carried out at a special time, which depends on the variety of the plant itself. For example, the most common ingredients are blackcurrant, raspberry, blackberry, and cloudberry leaves. It is imperative to wait for the period of maximum "ripeness", that is, when the leaf is fully unfolded. Berries and fruits, which are often additionally added to tea, should also only be ripe. The collection itself is important to carry out in warm and dry weather.
This is followed by a drying period. It is produced under a canopy and always in well-ventilated areas. It is very important to follow this rule in order to prevent the process of rotting grass and fruits.
It is also necessary to take into account the desired temperature. For example, herbs with essential oils (this is oregano and thyme) are dried at an average temperature of about 30-35 degrees Celsius. But a number of other plants, for example, tansy, mint, St. John's wort, should be dried at higher temperatures, for this they are placed under the open scorching sun. For berries and fruits, special devices are used - dryers, in which the temperature regime reaches 90 ° C.
